Food and Beverage

Corvus Restaurant
The Corvus Restaurant is a welcome additional choice for dining in Athlone. We hope we've created a relaxed atmosphere in comfortable surroundings.

The restaurant will serve high quality homemade food using the best local produce. The menu will be wide and varied using only freshly prepared food, which will be reasonably priced.

The Prince Bar

The Prince Bar is renowned for its extensive Bar Evening Food menu, Carvery Lunch and Salad & Sandwich Bar. Which caters for all tastes.

The interior has a warm feel to it with low key lighting and cosy open lit fires. Escape into a quiet alcove mid morning or visit in the evening for a sociable night out.

Golf The Heart of Ireland's new choice in Irish golf The Midlands of Ireland present some of the most enjoyable challenges to be found on Irish golf courses and the Prince of Wales is ideally positioned in close proximity to eight of Ireland's finest courses. Europe's number one destination for value, quality and choice. Eight championship standard parkland courses in the heart of Ireland set in old estate and lakeside settings. Championship standard 'Heart of Ireland' golf courses in Ireland's midlands offer the best value, choice and quality of golf anywhere in Europe. With green fees set at about half the cost of those in the major urban areas you will find it difficult to get better value anywhere. Then there is the quality - old courses designed by golf's founding fathers over 100 years ago - James Braid for example, mix happily with some youngsters brought on stream by today's architects such as Christy O'Connor Jnr. Only 60 miles drive from Dublin or Dun Laoghaire air and seaports means you can easily plan to play 18 holes on departure and return days. And when you are there you can enjoy a superb selection of traditional and modern parkland tests within a 30 mile radius of the centre of Ireland.
